01.The hydraulic pressure ram is controlled by automatic control system with high precision, high speed and high-strength and so on.
02. The bottom of the Pressure Ram is V-shape, the V-shape surface is built up by hard alloy. Around sliding surface of pressure ram is equipped with plate. Without disassembling the case of machine the pad plate can be replaced to adjust the gap between the ram and the slide, reducing the strike of ram to equipment, extend the longevity.
03.The mixing chamber: the wall is drilled for water cooling, mixing chamber's wall is build-up with hard alloys of wear-resistant; mixing, alloy thickness is of 5mm.
04. Rotor: PES3 intermeshing rotor,the rotor cavity is passed through cooling water, the rotor edge peak is building up by alloy, alloy thickness is of 5mm; the rotary swing side is building up by alloy of 3mm thickness. Rotor is supported on the spherical roller bearings, the bearing have a cone-shaped hole. Rotor bearings is equipped with a temperature measurement device, if over-temperature the alarm start automatically to stop the machine.
