Method of application:
1) Know the characteristics of the water-based ink before use, and use the ink accordingly.
2.) The finished ink products are used directly on the machine. Before using ink, mix well and clean the machine to avoid mixing with other types of ink products; The viscosity of ink and wash should be properly adjusted according to the speed of the random table.
Precautions
1) in the process of use, if sticky, blistering, pH value lowering, etc. occur, it should be treated by supplementing purified water, adding pH adjusting solution, defoaming agent, etc., and the remaining ink should be recovered in time.
2). The surface treatment degree of PET, PE, BOPP and aluminum foil shall be ≥38dyn/cm.
Storage and Packaging
1). Sealed and stored in a cool environment at about 25℃.
2). Packing specification: 20kg/ barrel, 200kg/ barrel.
3). Shelf life: 1 year for conventional ink and 3 months for metal ink.
