Portable Coagulation Analyzer

The analyzer UD-C100 is a convenient, portable, and user-friendly instrument for monitoring anticoagulant therapy. It determines the INR value (International Normalized Ratio), PT, APTT, FIB, and TT value from a drop of whole capillary blood, anticoagulant, or non-anticoagulant whole blood – simple, precise and reliable.

It can give results only in 2-5 minutes. The detection method of Portable Coagulation Analyzer is the Electrochemical method.

When the sample to be tested is dropped into the test strip, the sample flows to the reaction zone of the

test strip. There are a pair of electrodes in each reaction zone. The Portable Coagulation Analyzer applies a constant voltage to the metal electrodes distributed over the reaction area. In the reaction zone, the sample mix with the reagents fixed in the zone, a series of biochemical reactions take place, then it starts to solidify. The clotting sample, changes in conductivity or electrical current related to clotting formation can be measured, and changes in electrical current can be used to study how quickly blood coagulate.
